Turkey, training and …turkey – 28th December 2011

Christmas has been spent training as usual although my diet has gone off the rails but all within limits. A bit more alcohol than usual and more chocolate and few more products with a high fat contents. Training has concentrated around running more as pool open times have altered and cycling results in a lot of time away from the family. I got a new pair of triners for Christmas which are more suited for off road which is great for running a few cross country routes over the Christmas break and gearing up for the cross country competition sin the new year.
