Prize time

To win the prize of a free ticket to my book launch party all you have to do is show me evidence of your purchase (by means of a screen grab etc) and post it on social media with the ‘hash-tag’ #dontleanonyourexcuses in the text.

From there I will randomly pick 5 winners who will get a formal invite to join over 100 personal guests to my book launch party.  There will be an opportunity to view memorabilia from my past, see the gold medals, book signing (with photos) and we’ll have a few special speakers to talk about certain parts of my journey.

You will also get a unique colour copy of my book which is unavailable to purchase by anyone else. I will of course put a personal message in the book when I meet you.
