I finally got into my training schedule again this week and it is great. Building up for a few PB’s in preparation for the Worlds. Did a 10K tail run on Sunday which was in the woods behind me and I did really well and I was pleased that I didn’t push myself 100%…only 90%. It showed good control and understanding of myself. Thigh injury was a little concern but I know I will sort.
