Dear Steve

I received your video and the link and may I say I thought it was fantastic the effort and time you put in to the message was so very kind and generous. I loved it. The member of staff who is putting them altogether thought it was brilliant too and the headteacher was very impressed. So Thank you so very much, it was so much more than just a quick happy birthday message very professional.

It’s lovely when you get a reply as I’ve asked so many people and not many get back to you.

If there is anything else I will be in touch and thank you for the offer I will keep that in mind.
